Lucky 13?
Because of a host who had a last minute family emergency, we are hosting the Blog Carnival here on the New Media Lab Blog but we’re not superstitious, so we’ll go ahead and take one for the team and cover Carnival #13! The Social Media Blog Carnival is a roundup of article entries about social media theory, tips and practices and people are encouraged to submit written articles, video blogs or audio podcasts to each week’s roundup.
Who won?
In my eyes, there is a two way tie for the winner because both are well written, highly relevant and informative and both extremely important to this exact moment in social media history and BOTH have controversy written all over them:
- Dear Wanna-bes, Your Twitter Stardom is Coming to an End by Read-Write-Web’s Marshall Kirkpatrick
- Facebook’s Surge- The GenX/GenY Tradeoff by Hitwise Intelligent’s Bill Tancer
But I want more reading!!
Okay, baby bird, I’ve got what you need! Below are some of the other entries to the carnival which are worth reading:
- The Black Swan Phenomena
- What is Onsite & Offiste SEO?
- Top Audio Visual Products for Schools, Universities & Libraries
- Support Problem? Twitter to the Rescue
- 42 Sites- Where to Submit Your Tutorials
Next Week
Take a look at what you’ve written over the last two weeks and if it’s applicable to new media in any way, submit it here now. If you’d like to host a carnival or take a more active role in the carnival, email us now!
